Who we are

Three people came together to challenge the change necessary to achieve a new way to assist business growth services – Jon Bowles, Lily Patrascu and Harry Sardinas. Collective skills to create a dynamic way to succeed and mitigate potential failure.

The resource is precisely suited to the company offering as each person has specific skills that can achieve the desired results under the core offering. This is designed so the founder can focus on the reason the business was formed.

How do we do this

Our current technology and networks, together with in house and outsourced marketing skills, then allow us to leverage many areas of business management against an agreed business strategy that reduces the chance of failure. Monitoring performance against projected aspirations is a key target so investors are fully acquainted with the business.

Harry Sardinas is an international motivational speaker with several worldwide offices and a wide range of clients. His skills will enable founders to be trained in more effective communications to potential and existing investors to inspire confidence and secure support.

Lily Patrascu has media coverage skills, branding and also has experience in authorship of books showcasing success stories of people who took the decision to achieve a better future not only for them but also others. This philosophy is carried forward in our brand

Jon Bowles is a strategic investor and have built his own companies as well as backed others that have the determination to deliver on their company services.

These are the steps to achieve the strategy

Step 1 We engage with companies seeking integrated support services and we only proceed with an engagement when we are comfortable with an added value in a way to facilitate joint expectations. Our services are to align only with companies with shared values and aspirations so we only work with such companies that we believe will forge long term relationships. We do not just raise growth funding, as we focus also on investor relationships and become the company’s ambassador in keeping investors informed so they feel part of the company. Normally a further round is needed, and investors relations are key.
Step 2 Next step is to assist the founder in clear messaging to potential investor and customer relationships so they can then create a compelling pitch deck ready for crowdsourcing. This may include adjustments to the current web site.
Step 3 Following the agreement on the company’s strategy, financial and marketing requirements we present the prospectus to the market and raise the required funding.
Step 4 We agree a plan of engagement to work with recruited staff to maintain a transparent and managed financial structure so reporting growth to investors with appropriate information is seamless. This includes measurement against projections as transparently as possible.
Step 5 Projected HR resources are agreed and tabled, and a detailed understanding of recruitment needs over the growth period. We assist in this process to be cost effective.
Step 6 The marketing and campaign plans are scoped and are agreed with our collective teams so the experts can then also attract customers targeting the growth to align with the scaling projections.
